The clock to Election 2026 is already ticking. Business confidence is wobbling, capital is cautious, and the housing market is caught in the crossfire. The question every investor is asking: what signals actually matter?

That’s why we’re bringing in Simon Bridges, CEO of the Auckland Business Chamber, former Cabinet Minister, and someone who still has a backstage pass to both Wellington and Queen Street boardrooms.

This isn’t another “state of the economy” talk. Simon will cut straight to the issues that decide your returns:

Where Auckland business confidence really stands — and why it’s the canary in the coal mine for the property market.
What the lead-up to Election 2026 means for investors: tax settings, housing policy, infrastructure promises vs. delivery.
The signals that will separate resilient portfolios from risky punts in the next 18 months.

These are the signals investors cannot afford to miss.

If you’re serious about connecting the dots between politics, business, and property, this is the room to be in.
