Confidence, Communication & Self Care in Your 20s

A 6-Week Program for Women and Non-binary folk aged 18-30

Join in our 6-week group program and learn from sexologist and accredited practising dietitian Fran Foulkes-Taylor. Fran holds master’s degrees in both dietetics and sexology, and is the founder of Frank Sexology, specialising in relationship and sexuality education. As a Midwest local, Fran understands the unique experiences of living regionally, and has been delivering educational workshops in WA for more than 6 years. Over 6 sessions, Fran will support you to feel more confident in yourself, build strategies in self-care, and improve how you communicate with others.

Program Outline:
Week 1: Introduction and Values
Week 2: Nourishing Foods
Week 3: Sexual Health and Wellbeing
Week 4: Exploring Self Worth and Confidence
Week 5: Communicating in Relationships
Week 6: Putting it into Practice

Date: Thursday evenings from 12th September to 17th October, 2024
Time: 5.30pm-7.30pm
Who: Women and non-binary folk aged 18-30
Venue: Desert Blue Connect Studio, 28 Durlacher Street, Geraldton
Cost: $30 for all 6 sessions, with light refreshments provided
