About Carolina: Carolina Gonzalez is a certified mindfulness and meditation teacher from the Australian Centre for Mindfulness and Meditation (ACMM) with a passion for helping people rediscover their purpose and feel empowered to make aligned life choices through mindfulness and meditation. With experience guiding meditations and mindfulness sessions in corporate settings, as well as facilitating community programs, she brings a nurturing and practical approach to her teachings.
