🥋 Carles, a self-defence instructor with 25+ years of martial arts experience, including Krav Maga, known for his calm and encouraging teaching style.

This 2-hour outdoor session combines:

✏️ PART 1: The Mind – with Meryl

Interactive easy to follow slide decks
Public speaking and confidence building activities
Group engagement and reflection (yes, it’s beginner-friendly!)

🥋 PART 2: The Body – with Carles

Beginner-friendly Krav Maga self-defence
Learn how to break out of grabs, carry yourself with presence, and feel safer in public
Get moving, learn real-world skills, and leave feeling strong and capable

A few powerful self-defence tools you can use right away
