Make Conflict Generative.

‘Conflict is a Crossroads’ is a practice lab. We find a path through conflict using real-world examples to solidify the skills and knowledge that support learning from our mistakes.

What You’ll Gain:

Like figuring out how to ride a bike, it isn’t enough to just talk about how to keep our balance, pedal and look around for hazards. We need to practice, especially when the lessons are simple, but not always easy.

We will -

Clarify how we get into conflict and how to get out

Introduce a structured approach to repair conflict

Build confidence to address uncomfortable issues and have difficult conversations

BYO lunch to enjoy in the community garden

Date & Time: Saturday, August 1st 10am-2pm. 30 minute lunchbreak

Location: Newlands Neighbourhood House, 20 Murray Road, Coburg North

Budget: Sliding scale for economic justice $70-60-50 (incl GST)

You're welcome to bring fidget toys and other tools for self-regulation. Quiet space is available outside the workshop room and in the garden.
