Course Content

Building on our Conflict Management; individual experiences and the importance of de-escalation training, this session aims to equip individuals with a framework with which to conduct positive and solutions-focused negotiations. The training will refresh the basic principles of conflict management and de-escalation, the RADPAC Model of Negotiation including skills and techniques for effective communication and problem solving. This training will also highlight the challenges and different approach required when working with high conflict personalities.
