This practical session explores the personal factors behind conflict, the impact we have on how others react, and how to recognise early warning signs. Learn simple, effective de-escalation techniques to reduce risk in challenging situations. We’ll also touch on the law around self-defence and trespass, with space for group discussion on what this means in real-life community settings. Ideal for anyone working with the public or in community-facing roles.
