Connect & Empower Night with Big Sister & Women's Advisory Group

The Connect & Empower Night with Big Sister & Women’s Advisory Group brings together women from across the electrical industry for an evening of connection, conversation, and community.

Organised by the WA Electrical Women’s Advisory Group (WEAG) on behalf of both WEAG and the Big Sister Mentoring Program, this event creates a welcoming space for women at all stages of their career — from apprentices and students to experienced tradespeople, leaders, and industry professionals.

The night is designed to encourage meaningful networking, peer support, and shared learning, while celebrating the diverse experiences and career pathways within the electrical industry. Whether you’re looking to grow your network, find a mentor, share your story, or simply connect with others who understand the industry, this event offers an opportunity to do so in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Food and drinks will be available, and the event is family-friendly, with children welcome to attend.
