Hello Perth! 🌸

What if you gave yourself two hours just for you… to pause, breathe, and reconnect?

We invite you to “Connect & Express – Art Therapy Workshop Arla x CREA”, a unique and intimate experience created for the Arla community, in collaboration with CREA and guided by Gabriella Krinner, a registered art therapist in Australia.

This is more than a workshop — it’s a space to gently explore your inner world through creativity. Through guided art-based exercises, we will reflect on our journeys, emotions, and personal growth in a safe and supportive environment. Whether you’re navigating change, seeking clarity, or simply craving connection, this space is for you 🤍

No artistic experience is needed. Just bring yourself, an open heart, and comfortable clothing you can relax in.

⏰ Time: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM

📍 Where: Vic Park Community Space (Victoria Park)
