Event description

Time to Connect. Time to Reflect.

It’s Friday after a busy week. We need to reconnect with our kiddoes but we also just want some adult nourishment time. We have the perfect solution! Meet us at Mycelium. We will spend the first hour playing attachment games with our children, We will focus on filling up their cups, deepening attunement and connection. This is co-facilitated with Amanda who has extensive training in somatic experiencing and embodiment practices. We will then pop a movie on for the kids in the play room (yay, movie night!!) and create a short sharing circle around the fire to reflect on the week and receive support from one another. Babes in arms can of course stay with caregivers. An evening to fill everyone’s cups. <3
