A safe space for dads and male carers to connect, share and support one another.
Being a dad or male carer isn't always easy, but you don't have to navigate the journey alone.
At Dads Speak, we understand the challenges that come with fatherhood, particularly when raising children with autism, disabilities or additional needs, or caring for a loved one.
Between family responsibilities, work, appointments and everyday challenges, it's easy to forget about our own wellbeing.
That's why we created Connect & Reflect, a FREE fortnightly online catch-up designed to bring dads and male carers together in a welcoming, supportive and judgement-free environment.
Whether you've had a challenging week, experienced a small win worth celebrating or simply want someone to talk to, we're here.
