CONNECT & REFLECT

A safe space for dads and male carers to connect, share and support one another.

Being a dad or male carer isn't always easy, but you don't have to navigate the journey alone.

At Dads Speak, we understand the challenges that come with fatherhood, particularly when raising children with autism, disabilities or additional needs, or caring for a loved one.

Between family responsibilities, work, appointments and everyday challenges, it's easy to forget about our own wellbeing.

That's why we created Connect & Reflect, a FREE fortnightly online catch-up designed to bring dads and male carers together in a welcoming, supportive and judgement-free environment.

Whether you've had a challenging week, experienced a small win worth celebrating or simply want someone to talk to, we're here.

Why Join Connect & Reflect?

Sometimes, all it takes is one conversation to remind us that we're not alone.

You don't need to have all the answers. You don't need to pretend everything is okay. You just need to show up as yourself.

We encourage open conversations, mutual respect and consideration for everyone's privacy.

At Dads Speak, we believe supporting dads means supporting the entire family.

Our mission is to empower dads, strengthen family connections and reduce isolation by building communities where fathers and male carers feel heard, valued and supported.
