This circle is an invitation to pause, exhale, and be held in the company of other mothers. Together, we’ll explore gentle, practical tools to support your wellbeing through the many seasons of motherhood — from preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. Through guided meditation and restorative breathwork, you’ll be supported to soften your nervous system and reconnect with yourself. This is a space where you can show up just as you are — to share, to be seen, and to be gently held in the presence of others who understand. Warm drinks and nourishing snacks will be shared throughout our time together.
