Welcome to our exclusive Day Retreat. A day to discover and explore all aspects of movement, breath, body, whilst surrounded by 360 views and 5 star hospitality. Enjoy free time to walk, journal, swim and relax. Finish your day with a vegetarian social lunch that will nourish your belly and soul.

Investment: $150 (early bird: before 1st April) $175 after.

Bring: water bottle, a mat and a smile - Optional: journal, swimwear/towel, walk shoes
Our day together includes:
- All aspects of movement: Pilates, Yoga, Dance, Meditation
- 1hr free time to enjoy the magical surrounds - walk, swim, journal, relax.
- 1.5hrs to enjoy and mingle in a belly and soul nourishing vegetarian lunch made from local produce.

Seasonal Vegetarian Lunch includes:
