Join Estelle from Subtle Strength and Stephen from Sound Mind Medicine for a three and a half hour immersive experience of nervous system regulation and somatic practices, in the sanctuary of Ninaya Farm’s Gallery Space.

Limited mats available for a supported and grounded experience.

With sunlight seeping through the windows, you’ll be guided through dynamic and meditative movement, unwinding and hydrating your fascia, mobilizing you whole physical being. Transitioning slowly to stillness, you’ll be guided to explore the movement of your breath, a more subtle part of your being. A fully guided breathflow experience, inviting rhythmic breaths, slow breaths, deep breaths, and pauses, providing space for interoception; before settling into a grounded rest, where you can allow yourself to be soothed and bathed by the sounds of gongs, singing bowls, and chimes.

Bring along any soft supports you'd like to use

These are healing and liberating practices that have been used for centuries, and now it’s your turn to experience them!

Gift yourself this time to experience, feel, heal, and connect... leave feeling lighter and more spacious as you step forward.

Please note: this session is not suitable for those in the first trimester of pregnancy, or those with sound induced epilepsy
