CONNECT is a Monday evening breath, yin and yoga nidra class designed to restore balance in the body, mind and soul. Through slow, nourishing yin postures, we work with the body’s meridian channels to free up stagnant energy, release tension and create space for inner harmony.

The practice then moves into yoga nidra, where you'll be invited into a state of non sleep deep rest (NSDR). This place between waking and sleeping is incredibly healing, and offers the chance for a deep connection with one's intuition, and inner guidance. It is an environment in which the nervous system feels safe to deeply rest, and moves us into our parasympathetic, or 'rest and digest' mode - a place of deep healing and restoration.

You’ll leave feeling grounded, replenished and deeply connected to your body.

All levels welcome - no previous experience needed, just bring yourself and a willingness to slow down.
