CONNECT

An intimate event for men and women to come together to connect.

This connection starts within each of us.

At a time like this in the world, connection is the true currency... A connection within and a connection to other like minded and open hearted humans.
Differences in belief and action will not separate the connection capable by the human heart.

In this sacred 3 hour journey we will strip back the layers and dissolve fear, uncertainty, lack, stagnancy, doubt and judgement and we will step into a place of deep connection within ourselves so that we can be certain within ourselves and of our path forward, loving towards ourselves and others, and able to grow without limitation.

Are you ready?

Sounds like me, so what is in this event?

This event is 3 hours in length and will include 4 main components

Connection
Sacred Cacao
Embodied Movement
Breathwork

Sacred Cacao

Allow your heart to be nurtured and nourished by the ancient sacred medicine of cacao that allows for deeper presence, connection, expansion and self-exploration.

Sacred ceremonial cacao has been used in rituals and celebrations for thousands of years.

Ancient Mayan legend tells us that cacao journeys from the rainforests when there is an imbalance between humans, our activity and the Earth to bring people back to their hearts and return the Earth to a state of harmony and balance.

Cacao has once again come into our lives to support us during this great shift in humanity.

Breathwork

Breathwork like Cacao is exploding at the moment and it's largely thanks to people like Wim Hof who are bringing the power of breath to the masses.

With breathwork we can practice scientific based practices or we can practice conscious connected breath practices.

There are benefits to both schools at a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level.

In this connect event we will largely focus on conscious connected breathing, whereby the intention is to work on trauma and unprocessed emotion that we have held onto.

At a physical level we see changes such as lowering cortisol (stress) hormone in the body, balancing and regulating of the nervous system and lowering of inflammation.

Emotionally we release unprocessed and suppressed emotions such as rage, sadness, guilt, grief and shame.

Mentally we see ourselves in a new light and break through limitation that has been holding us back from years or even a lifetime.

Spiritually we experience deep healing that has impacted our lineage.

This sounds great, who are the facilitators?
