Connect - womens kundalini body work circle

Group Kundalini bodywork is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself and release some of the things you've been carrying. It's a space to explore your edges, question the limits you've placed on yourself and get curious about what might be possible.

We need spaces where we can put down the weight of everyday life, feel supported and remember we don't have to figure everything out alone.

there's so much more of you waiting to be lived.
