Need some help calming the monkey mind, and finding more space between all that there is to do?

This one-hour Meditation Evening, hosted by Erin Lee, founder The Mindful Yoga School, consists of a half-hour meditation (or two shorter ones), a teaching talk and Q&A on various mindfulness themes, aimed to support you to cultivate more CALM, CONNECTION and CLARITY in your daily life.

These weekly Meditation Evenings intend to support you to:

- Better access your natural state of calm

- Increase self-awareness and emotional balance

- Improve clarity and decision-making abilities

- Feel more in control of how you think and feel

All welcome, including brand new meditators through to advanced.

Held every Thursday 6pm-7pm on the ground floor at VITALITY VILLAGE, near Stockland in Birtinya (opposite SCU Hospital).

During this Meditation Evening, you will also find a connection with people who are genuinely interested in how you are. Studies have shown this can dramatically improve the sense of connection and fulfilment someone can have with life. Genuine happiness is even more likely to return when you're able to uncover and discover good things about yourself again.

These evenings will offer a space for you to:

- Make regular time for meditation

- Connect within - to your body, breath, thoughts and feelings.

- Be part of a community who are interested in mindfulness and meditation too

YOUR HOST - Erin Lee

Erin is the Founder and Lead Trainer of The Mindful Yoga School - a Sunshine Coast-based yoga, mindfulness and meditation training centre. She leads mindfulness and meditation retreats, meditation/mindfulness/yoga teacher training programs, weekly local classes, and other events and programs supporting people to live in a more connected, harmonious and meaningful way.

THE VENUE - Vitality Village

Vitality Village integrates services, research, education and innovation in community health and wellbeing. Located next to Stockland Birtinya, and opposite SCU Hospital.

Undercover parking is available at the rear entrance. Open-air parking is available on Discovery Court.
