Outreach Mental Health is a vital organisation dedicated to addressing the mental health needs of the Exmouth area and its surroundings. Founded to fill a crucial gap in mental health training and education, the organisation plays a pivotal role in enhancing the well-being of our community.

Jacky's Topic: "The Mask of Mental Health in the Workplace"

Jacky will explore how employees and leaders may mask mental health problems in the workplace due to fear of judgment and stigma. There's substantial evidence that indicates that masking symptoms can have significant repercussions on both individual well-being and overall workplace culture.

Objectives of Outreach Mental Health:

Enhance Knowledge and Awareness: Empower local community members and workplaces with a deeper understanding of mental health.
