Join WoMAN for an exciting CONNECT Event. We will enjoy learning about the Inner Matrix Systems (IMS) method and have some time for connecting with each other. We will have some light appetizers and drinks.

The Inner Matrix Systems (IMS) method trains, aligns and rewires your emotions, thought strategies and nervous system, so that you can create a life of your own design. Your Inner Matrix is your unique set of emotion and thought patterns that drive your actions. Those actions ultimately define every aspect of your life. Inner Matrix Systems shows you how to recognize the patterns living in your Inner Matrix that are creating the results you DON'T want, and how to evolve those patterns to create the results you DO want. IMS's proprietary method has served more than 80,000 people over the past 20 years.

Emily Boecking, WoMAN Member, discovered Inner Matrix Systems in 2018 when she was inside of a career in investment banking. Working 80+ hour weeks, she was chasing an elusive dream of success and happiness, thinking that once she reached a given position within her company or achieved a certain salary grade that she would finally feel like she had "made it" and could know fulfillment and peace. However, no matter how many marks she hit, the "made it" feeling never stuck. IMS supported Emily to realize that life is an "inside out" game rather than an "outside in" game. No longer does she have to wait for the chess pieces of life to line up around her in order for her to know fulfillment and peace— rather, she can bring the fulfillment and peace she's cultivated within her to her career as she leads her teams and drives towards goals and benchmarks.
