CONNECT Indoors: Warm Hearts, Strong Community!

Join us for CONNECT at Sunrise and Sunset, two beautifully crafted gatherings designed to bring people together in movement, mindfulness and meaningful connection. Whether you rise with the sun or unwind at dusk, these sessions offer a space to slow down, reconnect, and embrace community.

CONNECT at Sunrise (Wednesday 6.30am - 7.30am) – Start your morning at the Grove Pavilion with gentle movement, breathwork, and mindful moments as first light appears. Set powerful intentions for the day ahead while surrounded by the energy of like-minded souls.

CONNECT at Sunset (Sunday 7pm-8pm) – Unwind at the Bellarine Training & Community Hub as the sun dips below the horizon with grounding movement, deep breaths, and heartfelt connections. A perfect way to reflect, release, and restore as the week comes to a close.

Both sessions are open to all, with no experience needed—just a willingness to show up, connect, and be present.
