Join us for a heart-opening 9D Breathwork Journey + Cold Plunge where you are invited to reconnect with yourself and others through the power of the breath while immersed in nature.

Set on the serene and healing banks of Te Waihou (Blue Springs), we’ll take time to slow down, ground ourselves, and breathe together under the tree canopy, followed by a (optional but encouraged) dip in the river to really anchor in the mind-body-soul connection, before sharing and integrating our experience.

Whether you're brand new to breathwork or simply seeking a deeper connection with your body, purpose, higher Self, this grounded and supportive experience curated by co-facilitators Olivia Jane and Jay Kahu ensures an incredibly safe and transformational afternoon.

Your breath journey will take you deep into your subconscious mind, with the power of guided coaching, and immersive 9D audio merging ancient shamanic wisdom and modern multidimensional sound, this creates a sober, full-spectrum psychedelic experience—powered by nothing but your breath.

What to Bring:

- wear loose, comfortable clothing. Dress very warm in layers, with shoes and socks on!
- swimming togs on underneath clothes if you plan on getting in
- a small blanket
- flat pillow and eye mask (or a face cloth folded in half makes a good substitute)
- water bottle
- towel
- most importantly, come with an open mind and heart

Arrival Time:
Please arrive 10 minutes before the advertised start time to say hello.

Preparation Tip:
Avoid eating heavy foods or drinking anything besides water for a couple of hours before coming.

Meet Your Hosts!
Olivia Jane - Verified 9D Breathwork Facilitator and Trauma-Informed Coach

Olivia Jane is a trained primary school teacher, graduate of Elementum Coaching Institute as a trauma-informed Coach, Breath Master and 9D Breathwork facilitator, and solo mother to her 2 year old daughter. She is passionate about combining these lenses to create lasting transformation and healing with fellow solo-mothers, within the school environment and in the wider Waikato community in New Zealand.

With an array of experience in NLP, Parts Therapy, Somatic Release Techniques, and Neuroscience Based Modalities, and the major life transitions that she’s navigated over the past few years, has created a unique set of skills and tools.

Today she is dedicated to sharing the immense healing and life-upgrading capability of 9D Breathwork, sharing her story and knowledge gained through her solo pregnancy and birth experiences and helping other mums navigate their journey, while also working towards developing breathwork programs for schools.

aneurysms
epilepsy and seizures in the past
anyone taking heavy medication
severe psychiatric symptoms especially psychosis or paranoia
bipolar
osteoporosis
recent surgery
glaucoma
currently pregnant
People with asthma should bring their own inhaler and consult with their physician and breathing session instructor before participating.
Anyone experiencing an emotional or spiritual crisis or any person with a mental illness who is not in treatment or lacks adequate support.
