Connecting with others is also so important for our mental health... and it's Mental Health Awareness Week!

There will be the opportunity to meet local TimeBank members there too - they will be happy to share about the sense of connection and belonging they get from being part of the TimeBank community. And if anyone is interested, you can learn more about the TimeBank whose slogan is 'connect, contribute, belong'.

So come along and enjoy connecting with new people or perhaps old friends if you drag them along too!

Open to people of all ages, cultures and backgrounds!

You don't have to register but it really helps us, so we know how many to expect and what size table to get at the café.
