You are invited to an exclusive event run by Tori from The Mindful Movement and Amelia from Ikigai Empowerment that will leave you feeling powerful, energised and give you momentum for your week ahead.

What does the event involve?

This event is jam packed with value. On the evening you will connect to like minded males and females, release stagnant energy and negative thoughts that may be weighing you down and also reset your nervous system so you can feel more calm and relaxed.

We will be doing connection activities - 40 minutes of stretching and boxing focusing on technique and styles of kicks - a breathwork journey to drop in your body - a deep meditation to feel love and clarity with sound healing - a sharing circle & card pull.

What to bring? A drink bottle & yoga mat (boxing gear will be provided)

What to wear? Wear your favourite active wear (thats also comfy enough for meditation)
