This workshop is part of the City of Sydney's 'Connect Sydney' initiative, which aims to build the capacity of community organisations through the provision of free skills and training.

It also aims to provide an opportunity for a wide variety of organisations to network and share their experiences. Connect Sydney training workshops cover a range of topics, including those related to governance.

This workshop will introduce participants to basic program planning and evaluation principles and practice, with a focus on defining and measuring outcomes. It is designed specifically for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people in the City of Sydney local area who are interested in building the effectiveness of their organisations.
