Event description

Connect @ Tech Central: Achieving net zero - where innovation and opportunity meet

Net Zero is one of NSW Government’s three priority missions which aim to protect our future by growing the economy, creating jobs and reducing emissions. The State plans to reduce emissions by 70% by 2035 and achieve net zero by 2050 through a range of initiatives involving energy, electric vehicles, hydrogen, primary industries, technology, built environment, carbon financing and organic waste.

Join us for an insightful conversation on where Net Zero will take us with a panel of experts from across industry and government, who will explore:

  • net zero industry opportunities for businesses at all stages of growth,
  • how NSW Net Zero Commission is advocating for the sector to achieve its ambitious goals, and
  • the ecosystem operators supporting the growth of the net zero industry.

When: Monday, 10th March 2025, 5:15pm – 7:30pm
Where: The Collider, 477 Pitt Street, Haymarket
