A holotropic breathwork session gently guided by Leilana with instruments and voice to help you connect deeply with your heart space, enhance your self-awareness, and activate your body with fresh, vital energy.

This is a great opportunity for the experienced or to meet this style of breathwork for the first time. It will be a gentle approach to energise and create space in the body.

Leilana Grace is a massage therapist, sound healer, breathwork practitioner, and ceremonialist. Her path to healing began in 2016 in Central Peru with Shipibo Plant Shamanism, where she immersed herself in sacred chants and medicine songs in Shipibo, Sanskrit, Spanish, and English. This profound journey led her to embrace a life of authenticity and purpose. Leilana now channels her expertise into transformative practices, committed to guiding individuals towards health, wellness, and personal growth.

This workshop is not suitable for:

Detached Retina
Pregnancy
Glaucoma
High Blood Pressure (not controlled with medication)
Cardiovascular disease including angina, previous heart attack or stroke
Diagnosis of an aneurysm in the brain or abdomen
Uncontrolled thyroid conditions and diabetes
Asthma – if the client is asthmatic, ask them to bring their inhaler to the session.
Epilepsy
Prior diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or previous psychiatric condition
Hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis within the last 10 years
Any other medical, psychiatric, or physical conditions which would impair or affect the ability to engage in any activities that involve intense physical and/or emotional release
