Join Effy & Amy in circle this weekend as we connect to the waters within
The theme of this circle is connecting to the sacred waters within and around us. This will be a safe and nourishing space for you to connect to yourself and like-minded people. We will be guiding you through a heart opening meditation, powerful journalling prompts, intuitive movement and water practices as well as sharing circles and the opportunity to pull oracle cards.Take some time out for yourself, fill up your cup and connect to your inner guidance
