Welcome to the healing experience of combining Art therapy with Sound Healing facilitated by yoga teacher, vocal and visual artist Meera Allen. A common benefit of both art therapy and sound healing is subconsciously releasing the experience or trauma that may have blocked your initial creative expression.

This intimate and unique journey is intentionally held near the New Moon in dreamy Pisces.

It will involve, intention, meditation, sound, chakra cleanse, Pranayama (breathwork) and Colour Therapy and traditional mantra in a safe and nurturing space.

Allow yourself complete freedom to express artistically with your HANDS and process the psychological and emotional undertones in your art through your choice and use of colour and subject matter in a safe and nurturing environment as you are guided through sound and meditation.

A common benefit of both art therapy and sound healing is healing toward the experience or trauma that may have blocked your initial creative or intuitive expression.

Bring a canvas of your choice and size
Bring your favourite pen and journal
Painting clothes that are comfy and casual that can have paint on them!!
Bring a towel/blanket/pillow for final sound meditation :)
