A workshop to connect with your inner child and invite the playfulness and joy that is our inherit birth right. A safe supportive space to feel, nurture and love on your inner child and self. I will be your guide through a meditation, journaling, art play and ending with a sound healing to allow space to heal, integrate and connect.

When was the last time you allowed yourself to play, to create without an agenda, to connect to yourself deeply, to have fun and be curious ?

I ask you this as an invitation for you to to play, create and have fun and more importantly in a safe and supportive environment where it is encouraged and welcomed with open arms.

I have experienced the profound power in connecting to my inner child thru meditation as-well as facilitating with clients and my goal is to share the practice with as many people as possible in my community. The ripple effect of connecting to your inner child is life changing and an opening to love and devotion for self and to the other special people in your life through you.

I am elle i moved to the south coast at the beginning of the year after moving through deep grief, moving out of my hometown, unravelling the layers of my truth and creating my own business I have found my home for now on the south coast with the incredible community of soul tribe. I have a mission on my heart to connect people back to their heart space, to their truth and devote and love themselves unapologetically. And so I believe the inner child work plays a vital role in that and then the creation of this sacred offering was brought to light.

My intention is to connect you back to your truth to your inner child with open arms and love - to be curious, to feel and to receive whilst giving to yourself in a safe supported way.
