Do you want to access your innate intuitive ability, and feel empowered and connected to your body's healing wisdom? In this 90 minute session I will train you to access your intuitive power through meditation and visualisation.
What to bring: A yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water bottle. Dress warm!
Your facilitator: Helen is an intuitive intelligence trainer and Intuitive self-worth coach. In her private practise @ Helen Hanson Empowering Health, she offers spiritual, metaphysical and transpersonal coaching to empower clients to harness their intuitive power and release limiting beliefs that impact their wellbeing.
