We will use a variety of embodiment techniques to help you embody more of your true Soulful self, we will acknowledge the un-integrated parts of ourselves and shine the light of compassion and love for them to be healed and accepted just as they are.

We will let the Authentic Self Shine through play, breathwork, dancing, vocal expression, joy, laughter and authenticity.

You will be prompted to acknowledge all your magnificence and your perfect imperfections, because there is only one of you and you are a precious unique amazing being with a specific purpose on this Earth.

The common purpose that we all share in life is to remember our innate Divine nature, and the immense love and beauty we are made of, to live from a place of authenticity, aligned with our core values and desires.

Pease arrive for 9.45 am to explore the beautiful surroundings of Gloria’s place of Wellness and get settled for a 10.00 am start.

Wear something that makes you feel comfortable and beautiful and prepare your self for a bright day of Soulful Expression.

MEET YOUR HOST: Chiara Shanti of Shanti Vibe Yoga Healing

Chiara’s mission on earth to help people remember their innate healing abilities, and creatorship.

She intuitively combines a variety of skills and techniques to assist people in remembering their magnificence, with embodiment techniques, Soul to Soul guidance, clearing of subconscious blockages, re-alignment and clearing of the energy centers known as Chakras and energy pathways known as Meridians.

Chiara’s healing journey started with Yoga over 10 years ago, after healing from severe sciatica pain, and diagnosed bulging disks disorder, she was able to completely heal just through simple lifestyle changes and yoga practice, and since then she’s devoted her life in to helping others in their healing journeys.

Chiara completed her first Yoga teacher training in India in 2016, and since then she’s been a Yoga student and teacher researching and exploring different modalities so to combine the best of what works and feels good into her classes, her latest creation in Move & Groove a conscious dance class that incorporates elements of yoga, qui gong and dancing to a variety of popular Latin and worldly rhythms.

Chiara is a qualified Reiki practitioner, Energy Codes Coach, Multidimensional Quantum Healer and intuitive, she offers Divinely guided healing sessions and coaching for people wishing to evolve into mastering self-healing, learning how the energy system works and embodying our innate multidimensionality.
