Connect your Online and In-Store Sales
Event description
Please note: this event is run by the Small Business Development Corporation for small business owners in Western Australia only.
Running a thriving retail business often means blending a bricks and mortar store with online clicks, with customers moving between multiple channels to browse, buy and stay engaged. In this workshop, you will learn how to bring the multiple touchpoints together into one seamless experience.
Discover how customer expectations are evolving, why hybrid retail is no longer optional and how to connect the dots from the street to the screen. Through practical activities and real world examples, you’ll develop a clear and personalised strategy to connect your in-store and online sales, attracting more customers and boosting revenue across both channels.
Main topics covered:
Understand how customers research, shop and connect across both physical and digital touchpoints.
Map your customer journey and identify opportunities to reduce drop offs and increase conversions.
Select the right mix of online platforms and tools to support your business goals.
Build a clear and actionable digital sales funnel for attracting, converting and retaining customers.
Develop strategies to balance foot traffic with digital engagement for long term growth.
