Hello beautiful souls,

Join us for an intimate indoor breathwork and reiki journey On Sunday the 13th of Oct. 2024, from 12pm - 4pm.

We will start the day out with a short introduction to Connect2Self and an intro of you all (if you feel called to). Followed by an intro into breathwork and reiki practices with some simple breathwork techniques that you can use in your day to day life. We will work through some exercises to help you get vulnerable and connect to your true self before we go into a guided 60 minute deep grounded breathwork session and close out our journey to go home for some soulful rest.

By harnessing your breath and tapping into the energy flowing through your body, you can access altered states of consciousness. This process enables you to release past traumas, emotions, and energies that may be holding you back in various aspects of your life. From here we are able to step into the person we want to be and shed limiting beliefs, old stories, anxiety, past traumas and shift into a life of self love and care, a positive mindset and so much more! Connect2Self offers a deeper healing journey by incorporating Reiki, enhancing the experience of connecting with ourselves. This integration allows for a more profound exploration of our energy, facilitating deeper healing and personal transformation.

We are excited to offer a limited number of free tickets for individuals aged 14 to 21 who are interested in breathwork. We believe in nurturing self-love from a young age, empowering individuals to embrace their true selves and cultivate a positive relationship with themselves.
