Join us for an intimate full day breathwork and reiki journey On Saturday the 26th of July 2025, from 6:00am - 12pm.

Connect2Self Presents: Expansion – A Journey of Deeper Breath, Presence & Inner Growth

We’re so excited to invite you to our upcoming Connect2Self journey—this time, we’re diving deeper.

We’ll begin our day together at sunrise on the shores of Cronulla Beach, welcoming the light with grounding activities to expand our connection to self, nature, and one another. After this sacred start, we’ll move to our indoor sanctuary where we’ll settle in for a day of deep, connected, and intentional breathing. Indoor location is approximately 10 minutes drive from beach, address is to be advised closer to the date.

This immersive experience will run for approximately six hours, carefully curated to guide you through a full day of energetic release, expansion, and personal growth. This journey is designed with returning guests and curious newcomers in mind—whether it’s your first time or your fifth, we’re holding space for you to meet yourself where you are… and go deeper.

The Theme: Expansion

Expansion is about growing beyond the boundaries we’ve unknowingly placed on ourselves—moving past our fears, our limitations, and the stories that no longer serve us. Through breath, movement, stillness, and supportive energy work, we’ll explore what it feels like to soften, open, and expand into more of who we truly are.

This journey will help you:

Reconnect with your inner self with honesty and compassion
Break through limiting beliefs and emotional blocks
Embrace more ease, clarity, and empowerment
Anchor into your body and breath as a tool for transformation

With a longer breathwork journey at the heart of our day, you’ll be safely guided into expanded states of awareness, supported by Reiki energy to deepen the healing process. We'll hold space for emotional release, intuitive insight, and personal awakening—whatever your spirit is ready for.

A Few Important Notes

To honour the depth of this experience:

Please arrive with an open heart and clear energy
We recommend avoiding alcohol or any substances for at least 24 hours before the event
Eat lightly prior to arrival so your body feels grounded but unburdened

What to Bring:

Yoga mat
Pillow
Blanket or throw rug (for warmth and comfort)
Water bottle
Journal (optional, but encouraged)

This event is suitable for all levels, but we do recommend a willingness to go a little deeper than before. Spaces are limited to keep our circle intimate and connected.

Bookings:
Spots are limited and confirmed upon full payment. Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred with prior notice.

Health & Safety:
Breathwork can be physically and emotionally intense. By joining, you confirm you’re fit to participate. Please consult your doctor if you have medical conditions (including pregnancy, heart issues, epilepsy, or mental health concerns).

Substance-Free:
Please avoid alcohol or substances for at least 24 hours before the event. Arrive with a clear mind and light nourishment to support your journey.

Respect & Confidentiality:
This is a safe, inclusive space. We ask all participants to respect each other’s privacy, process, and presence.

Photos & Content:
We will be taking photo's and footage to share the day’s energy. Let us know prior if you prefer not to be included.
