Hello beautiful souls,

Join us for an intimate indoor breathwork and reiki journey On Sunday the 2nd of March 2025, from 12pm - 3pm.

We will start the day out with a short introduction to Connect2Self and an intro of you all (if you feel called to). Followed by an intro to breathwork and reiki practices with some simple breathwork techniques that you can use in your day to day life. We will work through some exercises to help you get vulnerable and connect to your true self, with a focus on 'starting with little you' before we go into a guided 60 minute deep grounded breathwork session and close out our journey to go home for some soulful rest.

Our focus / theme for this journey will be 'Starting with little Me'

"Starting with little Me" is about reconnecting with the innocent, pure essence of who we were as children, before life’s challenges or distractions may have caused us to stray from our true selves. In this journey, we will gently explore moments of vulnerability, remembering the child within, and embracing that part of ourselves with kindness and compassion. Through this healing journey, we will work together to restore a sense of wholeness, reconnecting with our inner child in a way that feels nurturing and empowering, allowing us to approach life with a deeper sense of authenticity and self-love.

By harnessing your breath and tapping into the energy flowing through your body, you can access altered states of consciousness. This process enables you to release past traumas, emotions, and energies that may be holding you back in various aspects of your life. From here we are able to step into the person we want to be and shed limiting beliefs, old stories, anxiety, past traumas and shift into a life of self love and care, a positive mindset and so much more! Connect2Self offers a deeper healing journey by incorporating Reiki, enhancing the experience of connecting with ourselves. This integration allows for a more profound exploration of our energy, facilitating deeper healing and personal transformation.
