Connected in Nature: Letter to the Environment
Description
Connected In Nature: Monthly in-person gathering
Connected in Nature is EnvironmentallyAbled's monthly in-person gathering, and it's more than just another outdoor meetup. Each session is built around a different theme, guided reflection, and intentional practice, designed to help you slow down, reconnect with the natural world, and reconnect with yourself in the process.
This session, "Letter to the Environment", invites you to write a letter. Not to a person, but to nature itself. It might be addressed to a specific place that has shaped you, a tree, a river, a coastline, or to the environment more broadly. It could be a thank you, an apology, a reflection, or simply an update on how you've been.
Through gentle guided prompts, quiet reflection time, and space to write, we'll explore our personal connection to the natural world and what we might want to say to it, if it could listen.
