Connected Leadership Launch: Wellington
Event description
We are pleased to invite you to the Wellington Launch of the Connected Leadership Programme, in partnership with ANZ. This event brings together leading women across business, for-purpose, and public sectors to discuss the challenges women face in leadership and how organisations can actively support their growth and success.
The Connected Leadership Programme offers a unique opportunity for women to strengthen their leadership skills through a series of in-person workshops, tailored coaching, and a community of practice. Designed to meet the specific needs of women leaders, this programme fosters collaboration, peer learning, and the practical application of leadership strategies.  We’re thrilled to announce that the Connected Leadership Programme will be launching in Wellington in March 2025.Â

The launch event will feature a panel of expert speakers who will address key themes around gender diversity, equity, and inclusion in leadership. Sue Watson, Director of Leadership for Good, will present recent research highlighting the barriers and enablers for women’s success in leadership. Attendees will also hear from Tracey Taylor, Leadership Coach and Advisor, and Anna Tunnicliffe, Head of Recruitment at ANZ, who will share insights into the importance of investing in gender diversity and the benefits of promoting inclusive cultures within organisations.
Following the presentation, you're invited to stay for afternoon tea, where you’ll have the chance to connect with women from a diverse range of organisations and engage with a network of dynamic leaders.  We warmly invite you to join us and take the next step in building a more diverse, inclusive, and effective leadership community.
