Connected Mothers Circle
Event description
Hi, I'm so glad you're interested in the Connected Mothers Circle. Details below & if you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact me.
About:
This is a in person circle for mums and mums-to-be, to round out the year with reflection and reconnection.
A space to gather, share what’s present for you, and feel supported - so you can move into the new year feeling grounded and aligned.
As mothers, we carry a lot - the emotional, physical, and mental load. Society expects us to do it all, often without question.
It's time to give back to yourself.
This circle is about creating the community, connection, and support you need to thrive.
Because connected mums empower each other.
Why you will love it:
So much magic happens when we sit in circle. As we sit together, a deep-felt sense of safety and connection builds.
We will talk, laugh, possibly cry, eat cake, drink tea and move through some rituals and practices together.
My circles are first and foremost about connection, story sharing and having fun. You don’t have to be a certain kind of woman to attend them.
No prior circle experience necessary. I love welcoming complete newbies! It's not as scary or intimidating as you think it will be.
What to expect...
A beautiful space to arrive just as you are - no expectations.
We’ll begin with a grounding meditation to help you drop into the present moment.
From there, we’ll move through gentle reflections, with space to share what’s on your heart - knowing every feeling is welcome: the tears, laughter, and everything in between.
If you don’t feel called to share, that’s perfectly okay - absolutely no pressure.
We will close with connection over some tea & light refreshments.
