Feeling connected to others is an important part of our wellbeing, yet many older adults can experience loneliness, isolation, or uncertainty about how to meet new people and strengthen social networks.

Join us for this special Tuesday Talk during Mental Health Week, presented by Relationships Australia.

Explore the importance of social connection for mental health and learn practical, everyday ways to build and maintain meaningful relationships. Whether you're looking to reconnect with your community, make new friends, or simply feel more connected, this session will offer valuable insights, inspiration, and ideas to help you take the next step.

Come along, connect with others, and discover how small actions can make a big difference to your wellbeing.

Morning tea is provided.

Location: Kingborough Community Hub, 7 Goshawk Way, Kingston.

Entry is free. Bookings required.

This free session is part of Kingborough Council's Positive Ageing Program (60+) and is timed to coincide with Mental Health Week in October.
