Connect for a Cure: An evening of impact

You’re invited to an evening of fun, laughter, love and support as we come together for a great and important cause!

This October, in celebration of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we’re hosting a fabulous fundraiser and hoping to raise more than $6,000 for breast cancer research—and we’d LOVE to see you there!  These funds are being raised for Australian Breast Cancer Research part of The Hospital Research Foundation Group. 100% of these funds will then make their way to Prof. Claudine Bonder @ The Centre for Cancer Biology for their current research projects.

Breast cancer doesn’t take a break, and neither should we. This silent killer is not an elderly disease anymore. Women in their 30's and 40's are commonly being diagnosed; and early detection saves lives and families. We need to keep the conversation going, build and surround ourselves with a supportive community, and contribute to our world leading research that's happening right here in Adelaide.

We'll hear insights from our guest panel, including the incredible Prof. Claudine Bonder on what it takes to be a researcher, how difficult it is to constantly be raising money for their scientists and what happens with the funds they receive.

But most importantly you will be making a real impact by supporting the amazing researchers who work tirelessly to bring us closer to a cure for cancer.
