    Connecting Content Creators and the Women's Sport Community 

    This event will bring together people in the women's sport media space, those involved in women's sport and women's sports fans to facilitate connections between content creators and the community.

    Are you:

    A content creator focussed on covering women's sport?
    An aspiring sports writer/broadcaster wanting to make connections and find stories? 
    Someone involved in grassroots women's sports looking to share and amplify stories from your community?
    A sports administrator working in women's sport?
    An academic researcher of women in sport an/or women's sports?

    A fan of women's sports looking to get more involved in different aspects of the sports industry?


    Then this event is for you! We welcome all to this event who are connected to the women's sports space!

    The event will share some key insights about the power of connection in the women's sports community from Swinburne University Research Fellow and Siren Sport co-founder, Dr Kasey Symons.

    Women's Coaching Association co-founder and PhD candidate Aish Ravi will speak on how to share your story and connect with the right people in media to amplify your voice and will share some of her experiences.

    We will then facilitate some networking activities to provide the opportunity to develop connections in the room that could lead to future opportunities to continue to create more diverse, inclusive and exciting content and community programs that support women's sport.
