Join us for a the Connecting for Wellness Picnic! This free event is an opportunity for those on a path of self-development and growth to meet like-minded individuals in a relaxed, supportive environment.

• Date and Time: Sunday 14 July from 11am
• Location: The grassy area towards the playground, Yorkeys Knob Beach (North end)

What to Expect:
👋 11am Welcome and Introduction by Sophie Anderson
Icebreaker: A guided activity to briefly introduce yourself to the group.

🙏🫂 Networking and Conversations: Engage in meaningful conversations with other attendees, also facilitated to help you make new connections and friends.

🍇🍈🍉Healthy Shared Picnic: We'll enjoy a collective picnic while we chat and connect.

🧺 What to Bring:
- A beach blanket, cushions or something comfortable to sit on
- A small plate of healthy food to share
