This webinar shares data and insights from more than 800 introductions between residents and local vetted installers across metropolitan Sydney and regional New South Wales who participated in ZapCat-delivered community electrification programs.

The session focuses specifically on the installer vetting and introduction process. Household engagement, advice, and outcomes are explored in past and future webinars in this series.

Participants will learn what has worked (and what hasn't) when engaging local installers in ZapCat programs, including:

The most effective ways to find, approach and engage local installers.
The most common reasons installers fail the vetting process.
How to match different types of installers to different household personas and upgrade needs.
The relationship between the availability of vetted installers, the number of quotes and the installation rate.
The most common feedback residents provide about their experiences with installers.

This webinar is designed for local government officers, program managers, and community groups seeking practical, evidence-based insights into how a large-scale community electrification program engages installers.
