We are a charity that firmly believes fostering open communication is the key to eradicating the stigma and taboo surrounding mental health, by hosting this event, we aim to break down the stigma, offer a safe space that encourages a sense of belonging, and demonstrate that no one is alone in their struggles. Let's come together to #TalkOpenly and nurture empathy and understanding.
