Connecting with the Chakras
Description
Creatively Working With the Chakras — Full-Day Art Workshop
Join Judy and Chris for a full day of creative exploration, reflection and experiential practices as we journey through the seven main chakras.
Using art, meditation, sound, movement, journaling, ritual and other creative practices, you’ll explore the unique qualities, elements, colours and energies associated with each chakra. You’ll have opportunities to reflect on your own energetic wellbeing, create personal artwork and connect with yourself in a supportive and creative space.
Throughout the day you’ll explore:
Root Chakra — Earth / Mineral — grounding & stability
Sacral Chakra — Water — creativity & flow
Solar Plexus Chakra — Fire — personal power & confidence
Heart Chakra — Air / Love — compassion & connection
Throat Chakra — Ether / Space — communication & authenticity
Third Eye Chakra — Light — insight & inner vision
Crown Chakra — Source / Soul — connection & reflection
The day includes guided meditation, group painting, affirmations, soundscape, heart-centred creative work, an Egyptian talisman and healing experience, crystal work, journal creation, ritual and personal reflection.
No previous art experience is necessary. Come as you are and allow creativity to become a pathway for self-discovery, insight and connection.
