In this empowering session, you will:

Reconnect and ground to your center through somatic exercises
Connect with your guides and spiritual team and find which protective figure you are meant to work with now.
Learn to embody the energy of your protective figure through mindful movement.
Utilize affirmations and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) to make a deeper relationship with your protective figure.
Engage in Breathing techniques to instill a sense of calm and enhance your connection and awareness of your protective figure.
Discover how to use Visualization and Hypnosis to identify and connect who your protective figure is and tap into their resources.
Receive practical tools for resetting your nervous system when you feel disconnected from your internal resources.

This group setting offers a healing and supportive environment. It can help you reconnect with yourself, reclaim your energy, release emotional blockages, and create a personalized daily routine to connect with your protective figure and begin to build your spiritual team.
