This 2 hour event will take you on a journey into your body, your mind and your soul.

Through the beautiful modality of breathwork, you will journey into the spaces of your mind & body that you may or may not be aware of.

Jai Drennan is a level 2 Breathwork Facilitator, Reiki Master and a Trauma & Somatic Release coach and mentor. Jai works with your emotional body and energy to support you in allowing old, stuck energy and emotions to be released through breath and somatic movement.

*Please refrain from caffeine and any other stimulants on the day of this event.

*Eat a light meal

*Bring along a yoga mat, a bottle of water and a journal if you feel called.

***Please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out your waiver as doors will close at 2pm sharp.
