We’ll gather around fire - just as our ancestors did - to remember something ancient and essential: the way clarity comes when we slow down, sit in circles, and connect with the element of fire. To pause. To burn away what no longer belongs. And to speak what’s true.

We’ll begin by arriving together in quiet presence, opening with a shared gesture that transforms the fire into something sacred. We’ll drop into the space, into ourselves, and into the circle.

From there, we’ll get to know each other in a way that goes deeper than names and reasons. Without needing to explain everything, we’ll connect through a simple, meaningful prompt that speaks for you.

Once the space is open, we’ll honour the fire as more than a physical element. We’ll frame it as witness, as guide, as ancient presence. Through a simple, symbolic offering, we create a moment of reverence. Connecting with lineage, intention, and something greater than ourselves.

At the heart of the evening, we’ll move through a group process designed to bring clarity to what you want, what’s in the way, and what’s ready to shift. With care and presence, you’ll name what matters and receive reflections that help you move forward. We’ll use body-based practices to integrate the personal insights and intentions that emerge, so you embody the shift.

At the energetic peak, we invite a bold, embodied gesture of release and intention. A chance to cross the threshold physically as well as emotionally. It’s a moment of clarity, of courage, and committing to what’s next.

As we move back into stillness, we make time for gentle sharing - facilitated but optional. A space to speak what’s alive, to be held without fixing, and to listen in the way we rarely do.

We’ll close the circle the way we began. With simplicity, with gratitude, and with a sense of marking something meaningful.

Why Fire?

For millennia, fire has been central to ritual practice. Fire is an elemental force that burns away the old and lights the path forward.

About Your Guide

Juliet leads with presence. With stillness. With the kind of listening that makes people say things they didn’t know they needed to say. As a hypnotherapist, ritual facilitator, and lifelong student of human connection, she creates spaces where masks fall away and truth finds its way to the surface. Whether it's through fire, silence, story or breath - Juliet holds a circle in a way that feels both deeply ancient and unmistakably alive. If something in you is ready to shift, she’s someone you want beside you when it does.

Juliet is a qualified clinical hypnotherapist with almost 20 years of experience supporting people through life’s thresholds - change, addiction, anxiety, and awakening. She’s trained in spiritual leadership, fire walking facilitation, authentic relating, and embodied group process, with a deep understanding of the nervous system and how ritual helps regulate and restore. Her work brings together her MSc in spirituality, transpersonal psychology and consciousness with her therapeutic skills, ancestral wisdom, and quiet confidence that invites others to access their own.

The Burrow

The Burrow started in April 2024 as a space for people to come together to heal, transform, connect and celebrate. The Burrow is a space where people reconnect with nature, each other, and themselves through self-inquiry and meaningful connection.

Most of our events have holistic wellbeing in mind, all guided by skilled facilitators. We have CIC status, which is designed for businesses that aim to benefit the community, rather than private shareholders. CICs are a form of social enterprise, where profits are generally reinvested into the community or used to support the company’s social mission. In time, we hope to get funding to improve the facilities, which will make some events easier during the rainier months. Every ticket you purchase gets us a little closer to our bigger plans.
