Beyond the busyness of everyday life - the school drop-offs, the homework, the rushed kisses goodnight before falling into an exhausted heap - there exists this extraordinary relationship, one that so often we barely manage to scratch the surface of. Take a journey with me, through yoga, and learn to deepen this most sacred bond between parent and child.

3 sessions of yoga (each a different style)

A little about Rachel Ana...

Hello fellow parents!

I am so excited to bring us together to share this experience. I am a certified Yoga Teacher on the Sunshine Coast having experience teaching a variety of beings from pre-school to mature aged. I am also a Primary School Teacher with over a decade of experience teaching in both mainstream and special ed schools. If there's one thing I've learnt through yoga it's that what we experience and learn on the mat can't help but seep and sink its way into our everyday lives.. and this is the power of yoga! We not only strengthen and lengthen our physical bodies but we learn tools to help us be still with, process, and overcome challenges in our world. And let's face it, having kids is one of the greatest challenges we'll ever face! And, of course, the most treasured and sacred gift of our entire life. I am also a mum to my very own guru - a vivacious 12 year old who never ceases to both challenge and amaze me on a daily basis. My aim is for us to come together, to bring our stories of pain and shame, love and joy, and meet one another as we are, imperfect and with so much to offer. So join me in this safe and sacred space as we move, breathe, share, connect and heal.
